the waitress tried to show off by not writing down our order. I joked to my boyfriend that it would be wrong once it came out to us, and once it finally did (after a long wait) there were onions on my burger which I asked for none. not a big deal, those were easy to remove but the fact she tried to show off made it worse. my boyfriend's beer didn't come out to him until AFTER the food came out and we had to ask 2 people for it. he ordered a Stella and it ended up tasting like bud light. overall the experience was super disap... read more
The services was real slow didn't even check back when we got our food had to flag server down for some more water and dressing. Food was ok not to impress with it. Went there to celebrate my birthday and didn't even asked if we wanted desert. Won't be going back.
I ordered the mushroom burger with sweet potato fries...the burger was great but the fries that were plated were horrible...dried, tasted bad, in fact i told my waitress that i couldn't believe the cook would actually serve them. Not impressed, she went and had them remade but the 1st impression was already there. The 2nd plate of sweet potato fries were much better, which I don't understand why you wouldn't serve those to begin with. We have a friend in a nursing home that had to eat liquid food for 6 weeks. All she wanted was a red robin cheeseburger and fries. We told them she loves their fries so they sent us out with an extra box of fries. Thank you Red Robin for making her one very happy lady.
Food was good but waitress not so much. She showed me how to pay with tablet on the table. I informed her I was paying cash & I set a 20 on the table as she walked away. So waited for her to come back finally waved her down she said just a moment & walks off again. Finally comes back by I inform her I'm in a hurry, walks off again. Finally comes by & grabs the 20.
