0 stars. I told the whole true story of what happened when i came here but red robin deleted it so all i can say is.. Im NEVER going there again! It was bad beyond words.. Just.. Wow. 0.
They treat their employees like shit, my friend works there and they got into her face and screamed at her till she started crying, she also has health problems and they screamed at her the next day for asking for a break, they wouldn't let anyone take a break which is illegal to do, they should be put out of business for for the way they run things, they're childish people to act in such a way and I would highly recommend not going there. I sure as hell wouldn't.
OMGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this place is aweful!!!! I cannot believe how rude everyone was! terrible service!!!! I asked to talk to the manager Ed and he was the rudest of all!!!
I would give this place 0 stars if I could... my wife worked their and the managers called her in the office for asking for a break and they made her cry!!! I drove over there and went in to talk to a manager and I was going to tell them what I thought of them but my wife stoped me.. they are fucking lucky she is such a good person!!! let me tell you, she saved that Ed guy from getting punched in the face!!! I will never eat here again and I will tell all my homies this place sucks!!!!!
Just had the best service and food in a long time here, our waitress was Kamie and she was wonderful!

We order food from Red Robin a lot from my work and today our food was garbage. fries were soggy and both our burgers were quickly thrown together, the lettuce was wilted and slimy and the tomato was the end and very distasteful. Very disappointed and probably wont be ordering there for awhile. =(
