I showed up at 950pm with my wife. We waited to minutes for someone to seat us. Never happened no one even said hello. We decided to go to the bar and have a seat. We waited about 10 minutes and still no one even said hello. We decided to leave and go down the road to Shari's. Who did seat us and made us feel welcome. Thanks for the horrible experience Red Robin
Well we stopped coming here for a while. 2 services in a row now with crappy service. How do you get appetizer before drinks and then dinner before silverware. And had another server give us that!!
This is my favorite location for Red a Robin. Always good service. Whiskey River Wrap, Bonzai Burger and of course Clucks 'n' Fries are the best. Keep up the great work!
Good service but the food was awful. Hamburgers were rare when we asked for fully cooked, no taste to them, very bland. Will not be back
The new French onion soup is not as good as the old. Corp made a big mistake in changing may be quicker and cheaper to make but not French onion soup anymore. Raw onions and salty broth with cheese not coming back for soup any more.
I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. I've been sitting at a table for about 30 minutes now and there's currently 8 tables that have not been cleared for atleast 15 to 20 minutes now. The only table I've seen get bussed was one that was requested by customers that wanted to sit there. Very appalling and disgusting. I've also seen 8 customers leave the establishment and I don't blame them.
Even though they were super busy they took the time for our questions and made sure our allergies were taken care of. The waitress even made sure my infant twins were taken care of. And the food was really well done. All in all it was a good dining experience and this Red Robin
Normally they do a good job. Tonight though. The waitress didn't even know we were her table and then it took over an hour to get our food. We had to flag down other employees just to get refills on our drinks. They gave us free dessert for our wait but by then I just wanted to leave.
