I used to love this place but my experience tonight really changed my mind. First of all service was slow, second, they no longer have garlic fries. The new replacements are awful. Plus it took over 45 minutes to get our food. Then to top it off, when I got the bill, they actually charged for the Siratcha sauce which probably amounted to half an ounce. R u kidding me. I will not be going there again any time soon.
Worst Red Robin experience ever! It took a half an hour to get drinks, over an hour to get food. Our food was cold, and we had to ask several times for little things like ranch. The waitress was trying, bless her heart, but there were four waiters/waitresses standing around doing nothing and you could see three full table orders in the window getting cold. I was so disappointed, I worked for Red Robin as a teenager and I've never seen service that bad. Heartbroken, I've never had service like that at a Red Robin....
2 of the 4 of our orders were wrong, my sons salad was forgotten, service was slow, our fries were undercooked, the quality of our food was bad, if I could rate our over priced meal a zero I would... Horrible experience, pretty disappointed this used to be our favorite restaurant to take our kids to... Totally disappointed
