Best meal I have had at a Red Robin in at least 5 years. Burger was juicy and had no funky after taste. Onion Rings were superb as always. That said, far to many screamng babies for my liking. One of the reasons I avoid this type of place. Don't enjoy the "sweet" noise of infants anymore. Way past that age and other than the bar, there is no seating for folks who want to relax.
Service was great ..awesome atmosphere ..great prices
We visited location March 11th. A glitch in their system charged us over 4 times for dinner.( manager said this was wide spread ) We still have not been fully refunded for the over charges. Communication has been very poor from management. Watch your bank statement's closely.
We were on our way to wedding shower in Ferndale today. We stopped and shopped and then went to lunch here. I have never seriously had worse service, ever. We asked to be seated in the bar. We waited for a gal hour for our drinks and then we're told that they were " getting more tequila". The waitress took our order half comatose and from there it was clear that we were going to struggle our whole way for food, drink, or service. Really, just overall terrible service. Haven't seen that struggle in a long while.
Wasn't the best time, food was good, but disappointed that the waitress forgot about my nieces birthday, she was turning 3, was told we had to open another order because she already closed ours, seems silly but made me not want to go back to the one in Burlington ever again!! They also have us the wrong kid meal, so had to ask for the rest of the meal.
