I'm pretty upset tonight. Went to our local Red Robin because it is my daughters favorite place to eat, and it was her birthday. After waiting 30 mins to be seated (at 5:30) we were told that a group of 50 (yes! 50!!) was creating a backlog. We sat with nothing but drinks and fries, for 1:45 minutes. When the food arrived it was stone cold. My family was starving so they tried to unsuccessfully choke some down, I refused to eat a cold burger topped with a undercooked egg. I love Red Robin. It's our "go to" place when we want to go out with the kids. We were seated quickly, but then sat, and sat, and sat. None of their wait staff was assigned to our table. We got no plates or napkins with our appetizers. No refills on our drinks. No silverware. I asked for a fork, and still didn't get one. I ended up getting it myself. We finally asked one of the hostesses for the check, as that didn't come either. Big fail!!!!!
Red Robin's food has gone downhill in the last few years. Flavorless.
