Bothell RR is always busy and a wait french fries I did like, my side salad was good my lettuce wrap burger could, have been a lot better they need to learn how to wrap them better .
Just went to Bothell RR Thursday, service was terrible. We had a new server being trained, and the trainer was terrible, so more bad habits are being passed on. Examples: Didn't bring Beer for 10 minutes, didn't make chicken sandwich as described on menu (No pepper bacon), charged for 2 beers when I only had 1, didn't bring french fries when asked, no napkins or silverware, didn't take take coupon off bill after taking rewards card #. when all of these things were brought to the trainers attention, he was very dismissive.
Always love going to Red Robin take my grandkids, and love the never ending fries. The petite hamburger , fish and chips.....
