Not happy with my visit on 9/29/2017. Did anyone else have glass pieces in their drink.
burger was cold.... 😞 food took too long after appetizers at least 45min.
Always have good service & enjoyed a date with our granddaughters on Valentine’s Day!

RecommendedOur waiter Jameson has great customer service skills...friendly yet professional. Asked the correct questions on how I want my egg done for the burger offered fries while we waited for the appetizers.
Your service is APPALLING. But I suppose when the manager can’t even bother to be kind or helping- why should the employees. Terrible service. TERRIBLE.
My wife and I used to eat at Red Robin's once a month. Then, she got so sick from eating there and Red Robin failed to follow up. My wife was vomiting for so much two days and got so weak that I had to take her to the doctor. After testing her for the flu the doctor said it was most likely from E-Coli because a crew member failed to properly wash his or her hands. Cancelled my Red Robin Rewards card and have vowed to never eat there again. I also want everyone else to know the risks associated with eating at Red Robin.
Shity service. There was a fly in my salad and the manager just stood there and stared at it and said that it was weird because it went through the salad spinner OK well at least it was dry. She never offer to comp the fly salad or anything. I will Never ea t there again and neither should you. Unless you like flies in your food or a manager that is incapable of handling problems or do you like bad service then may this is the place for you
