Red Robin is our signature gathering for great burgers and awesome friendships! We always get great service and it never takes very long to receive our free burger! Love it!
Have not been here for awhile was impressed by the New look but not impressed by the service or management... service was horrible the waiter admitted that he was distracted even manager came over to apologize for his behavior but never offered us anything not even dessert.
Always love the burgers and salads. Ingredients are fresh and service is usually very good.
Service at this location has always been slow and prone to mistakes, but tonight we waited for one hour for 3 burgers and 1 mac & cheese - UNACCEPTABLE! The waitress never stopped at our table to explain what was going on, even after my husband politely asked her to check. When my kids complained they were starving, I went to check myself. The waitress ran away after eye contact, and her co-worker was more eager to hush me than help me get the food, saying that "your making noise is not useful." Garbage service. Takes over an hour to get cold food
We have been to this location a handful of times..everytime the service has been horrible and our food is ALWAYS wrong . .but last night was the topper. .we waited 45 mins once seated just to have someone who's not our server come and take our order.. an additional 30 min later our food came out...SHOCKER our food was wrong! I will for sure not be going back and don't recommend this location to anyone... sincerely the 9 month pregnant girl and her unhappy starving 2 year...
Well my husband and I went last night. Used to be our favorite place! They have now destroyed that with a crappy new menu, new higher prices! Get with it! People are health conscious and you take off your very best salad? The SW salad was everyone's favorite! Also the new salads are very small... Like side salad with chicken. Tried the SW salad replacement, two thumbs down. In fact I think they removed appetizer deals too! $10 for a hamburger or salad is too much! Sorry they have lost our business! One star!
We like going to this location for a quick bite. Same as all other locations; food is consistent. The waiters come and go, but they all seem nice.
