So sad - used to be a staple for family night, every two weeks or so. Unfortunately this will be our last time. Non existent server, appetizer came out after meal, issues went unresolved, meals included ingredients not listed in menu (mushrooms in French onion soup?). Add to that more money for smaller portions and subpar food, there's absolutely no reason to return.
The best burgers. Good casual atmosphere. Wait staff were courteous and helpful. In my opinion, you can't go wrong eating at Red Robin.
What happened to this place?! Get a big spiel on using the screens at your table to order faster. So we end up deciding on an app after we order lunch and place it with the screen. Only to have chips and guac take forever and come out 2 minutes before lunch. THEN they tell us that if you place the order AFTER the server puts in their order, it will likely come out after that order. Probably important to mention that. Clam chowder used to be thick. We went for my daughters birthday dinner after a long cheer competition...we waited 2 1/2 hours for a table..1 1/2 hours to have our order taken another hour for the food to arrive..keeping in mind that they brought the adults food first, then 10 minutes later the birthday girls dinner and 45 minutes later THE KIDS FOOD CAME...they didn't bring the desert we asked for until we had waited an additional 30 minutes after ordering THAT..then they of course didn't sing happy birthday until we complained while paying....no apologi... read more
Make a reservation for 16. 4 weeks in advance. Call the week of said reservation. "Yes we are all set." We show up, nope we can't get you in. Here are 5 separate tables. Way to blow it Red Robin. So in short don't do birthdays at Red Robin. Thanks for ruining my daughters 1st birthday. Morons!!!!
