Food was good as expected, but both of our servers were forgetful.
With all the trouble we've had with the Issaquah Red Robbin, i would have thought we learned our lesson... i ordered take out, got there and started to pay with my debit card, mid way through i decided i have cash and would rather use that, so i ask the waitress to cancel the transaction and paid with the cash. To my surprise she didnt cancel and it went through on my card. After 3 weeks of phoning every other day to get my money back, i gave up. Went in for a birthday burger and a beer and sat in the bar,with my husband. Took an eternity to get waited on for drinks. Had to wave down the waiter for dinner. It finally came at some point after hell froze over. I saw the waiter and ordered another drink. After about 15 minutes, I had to go up to the bartender and ask for it. The kids and I go there to honor their brother on his birthday as well as the day he passed. Yesterday was neither but we decided to go anyway. Mistake. We were told initial wait we old be 20 minutes,even though it didn't look busy. Actual wait was only about 5 minutes. The one bright spot all night. The place seemed to be half full, on a Friday night at 730. Had to wait 30 minutes for our food after ordering. The service tonight has been unbelievably horrible. We have been seated for an hour and still don't have silverware or our food. Think twice before you choose coming to this Red Robin
Used to love coming to Red Robin but the service and quality of the food on our last two visits have been less than good. Our server told us if we ordered certain items she would get a better schedule....I am not ordering my food just so my server can have a better schedule. Forgotten items, poor quality of food...dirty floors...not impressed :(
The service was quite poor the last time I was here. I believe they want you to use the touch screens at the tables, so the servers can do less. That sucks! Food was okay.
