Yes everyone was friendly and fast!!
Rude front desk employee. Had us seated at an unclean table with water and food on the ground. When we had asked for someone to clean it, another employee who looked like he didn’t want to be there swept up a napkin and picked up a fork and walked away. My 2 year old sister went to go sit down on the cushion seating and SLIPPED and FELL because the employee did NOT clean it properly at all. Did not care for the food, used to be good but really disappointed this time
Very small portions. I asked for blue cheese dressing on my salad, they said they were all out--4:30 in the afternoon. Haven't been to Redrobbin in a 3-4 years, what happened? I went home hungry.
we went there to eat last night and it was horrible from start to finish. our table was so wobbly and slipped all over the place that every time the kids bumped it are drinks would almost spill. then when the food came out it took forever to get silverware I had ordered a lettuce wrap burger and it came out with a regular bun I also ordered broccoli instead of fries and I had to wait for the broccoli to come out they rewrapped my burger in lettuce but by the time it came back it was cold and then I was told that they were ou... read more
Place was filthy as were the bathrooms. Bathrooms had toilet paper all over the place, the floors were sticky and toilets were dirty We sat in the bar and it smelled like sewer the entire time. Service was slow as well. We won't be back.
I love Red Robin! My family and I visit several locations for different family events! Our previous visit was a delight and went marvelously well! However tonight was almost a bust! It's pretty simple, we asked for separate checks for our party of 14, would've been 3-4 checks! Instead we were handed one of the little kiosks with a $300 ticket and told to figure it out! Ok so I thought this was a place of gourmet burgers? If that's the case, then why am I not getting hand crafted burgers. I am getting the frozen processed shit that I can get from McDonald. Secondly, I got a Royal robbin and the egg was so over done that the yoke was hard and crispy. Thirdly, I asked for my burger to be pink on the inside. I got dry leather. First time at a Red Robin and we loved all of it. Fresh broccoli and an amazing veggie burger left the vegetarian mom very happy. Our server was also fantastic.
