My family comes here frequently. Usually the food and service is great. On occasion, it's not as great. We keep coming back though and we love the member rewards as well as the bottomless fries.
Dinner was excellent. I am on a special food program and they totally took care of me to a "T" I had a lettuce wrapped Grilled chicken (no sauce) steamed broccoli, and a side salad w/vinegar,olive oil. Daughter who is gluten free had a burger on a GF bun. We can home totally satisfied. We ate at the bar and the bartender was very helpful.Thank you. Forgot to buy the gift cards but I'll be back soon.
Red Robin in Issaquah sucks. Haven't been their in about 2 years but was given a gift certificate so decided to try again. We arrive on a Saturday night at 9 pm place looks dead. We wait, no one out front; finally some one comes and says how many? No greeting nothing. We sit, order and wait, wait for about 30 minutes. We don't see our waitress for 20 minutes. Excellent food and choices of food. Quick service.
Last night we were at RR for dinner. We were seated in a booth. No server approached us, no water, nothing. Finally my husband went to the front. The guy said our server would be coming. Another 10 minutes and nothing. Finally the manager came over and took our order. Kept saying the food was coming. When it finally arrived my husband's fries were cold. Hard working staff, friendly, good hot food. Always stop here on our way through.
Had a great time for my sons 18th. Loved how they sang to him lol. Food was great and staff was great!
Disappointed with food...waiter did his best. Will wait awhile before dining there again.
