I got three chicken fingers (same as granddaughter's kids meal) that were on the smallish side and nothing special. It cost me over $10. Sure the fries are endless if I wanted to stuff myself with fries....I did not. The drink was $4.49 because it was "endless" too. Basically the lackluster meals and drinks were pricey.
It was very busy they put us in the txt when table ready program. And right bout 30 min later txt came in. As soon as we walked in we were seated and server came up shortly after being seated took our drink orderss and returned with them promptly. Very good service this is the 3rd time I've been to Red Robin. My 1st time was in Toledo, Ohio, was there in November with all the snow to say a final good bye to my uncle. I really enjoy their food, and today I decided to do a carry out. Ordered it very Specific because I have certain things that make me sick. Completely ignored my instructions. Ended up very sick. So disappointed
We were a party of 7 + a special needs baby. While I don't recall the name of our server, she was accommodating and foresaw our needs. The kitchen messed up 1 order, but she corrected it & all was well!

Decent food, piss poor service. We waited forever for our food and they weren't even busy. Ruined my friends birthday, and it was a major bummer. Shit service is just unacceptable.
We were seated right away, with a table of our liking. The waitress came to our table right away. We never had to ask for refills on drinks or fries. With the bottomless kids meals our kids never waited longer than required. With 3 young kids the food and service was a blessing.
Kevin was our waiter. He did an excellent job. Our experience was awesome.
Haven't been for a while! I've really missed those delicious burgers and their sweet potato fries!
