Cold food and poor service ---
Waited forty minutes for cold fries and lukewarm burger,then they had the wrong topping's on roomates burger.told manager about it and walked out, then went to applebee's.
Absolute worst service EVER at the Glenbrook Mall location. We waited 45 minutes to be seated and then another hour and 25minutes to get food. When the food FINALLY got here, half of it was wrong. We had 3 hungry toddlers with us and nothing was ever offered. Spoke with the manager and were told "sorry the kitchen is behind tonight" and he walked away before we could even respond. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
I always get the same thing when I go. Bacon cheeseburger with fries and sand your shorts. This time we had Elijah as our server. (Bar) he was on point and made sure to check on us very often. We’ve never had service like we did yesterday. If I would have had done a review from my last time I was there I would have done a 1 Star for the service.
Everything about our visit was excellent! Great food, drinks and service! Will definitely be back!
Burger was great, French fries cold and mediocre! Waitress was great until time to pay. She told us the table side card reader had not been working correctly. So after we completed the transaction and we got no receipt, we notified the waitress. She said she would be right back with a copy and we waited 15 minutes. Had to finally find her again and wait five more minutes to get one! Not what I call very good customer treatment.
Been going there for YEARS. I have always given them a 5 star rating. But lately not so good. Place is dirty, service is on a decline. Sad to see the place not performing as it use too. Last 3 times we were there we've seen a decline in service and organization. Hope they get things back on track before its too late. Will try em again next week, but its not looking good for a Viable Red Robbins in Fort Wayne.
Stopped here after the Vera Bradley Outlet sale. Literally the best burger I’ve ever had. It was some sort of taco burger. Sooo good. Service was a lil slow... but still good!
