Burgers are overpriced. .
My family and I ate here yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Shelby was our server and she took very good care of us. I'm not sure who the manager at the time was, but he came over and told us he was taking 50% off of our bill because we had too long of a wait for our food. He didn't need to do that and though I was starting to wonder, I figured our meals would be out any minute and we were not in any way upset. However we really appreciated the gesture. I haven’t tried something there I haven’t liked yet
Horrible customer service. A whole side was empty when we got there at 4:15. We got tired of watching customers who came in after us get seated while we waited for 45 minutes with our daughter, son in law & our 3 yr old grandson. We asked to speak to a manager before we left. He was very unprofessional and he said we were told a 40 minute wait when we got there. Not true but he didn't care and walked away.
I was there 2 years ago and the service was terrible. I come back today expecting the same service. The service was great, we had to wait 15 minutes for a table but thats ok they were busy. Caitlyn was great. Caitlyn was very attentive and very focused. I expected to wait an hour for my food but i only waited 25 minutes, now thats fast! Red Robin you have redeemed yourself ☺
was a small wait, but the food was excellent
The only thing wrong was I asked for no lettuce on my burger and my wife ordered the black and blu burger. We had to ask for the blue chesse
