The food was great. But our service was slow. Drink refills & more fries were given to us when we had almost finished our sandwiches. He didn’t check back with us. We had to wave waiter down.
The wife and I did a "Brunch" before a little shopping. The food, service, and atmosphere was outstanding. In my opinion, Red Robin's onion rings & dipping sauce leaves the "Blooming" ones in the dust! Thank you, and we'll be back! �
Went yesterday and both had royal robins and they where were excellent as usual. The waitress we had was super friendly and timely. The place was packed when we went to lunch and service was super fast !! Be back soon!
The burger I had was quite good. The wait for the food to be served was excruciating, tho.
This was my first time back in a very long time the service was excellent! Our server Jasmine was funny, attentive, very quick to get us what we needed, fill our drinks before we even needed to ask got us extra serving sauce- was one of the nicest servers I've ever had! Definitely will be back if only for the amazing service.
Very dirty, tables are not bussed. Bathroom was a nightmare! Manager was rude when seating us. Then didn’t tell our waitress she was sat! Very disappointed this time around.
