I took friends who had never been to a Red Robin and they loved it. I tried the mac n cheese burger. YUMMY! Love the onion ring stack! Wish I hadn't been so full or I would have tried the donut stack. Next time!
The food was actually good, however, it was the worst service we have ever experienced. We had to wait 40 minutes for a table which was not an issue except after we were seated, it took another 15 minutes before a waitress acknowledged us. She was a bitch. Very unpleasant. Our food did arrive timely and was good. We had ice water and my husband had to ask twice for a refill. She returned with a pitcher, filled his water and left mine empty. Wife and I went on Feb. 25th and had rather bad service our waitress seemed to busy and we got lost in the shuffle
Been to Red Robin a few times at Glenbrook in Fort Wayne, IN. This experience was the worst. Horrible waitress, not attentive at all and most of all not friendly. Another server brought our food which was luke warm at best. Fries were soggy and we had to put empty glasses at the edge of the table for a refill. She never asked how the food was or if it was cooked to our liking and we had to ask for more fries which never came..never saw the manager either to complain. The place wasn't even that busy. Never seen a fried egg on a hamburger, the waiter suggested I try it after I told him what I was wanting. Excellent
We had a great time! My step son specifically asked for Red Robin for his birthday and they brought him a sundae! Great service by our server and the manager!
