Red Robin's is one of my favorite places to eat. Just last month my Airman came home on leave and surprised me here. The staff was wonderful! Thank you!

The worst customer service I have ever had there! Their was not enough staff in the bar areas and we were never asked if we wanted refills on our bottomless fries. Also I ordered a burger and bartender didn't ask how I would like it cooked..... For the money I paid for dinner for two I shoulda went to a steakhouse!
I had my 21st birthday there and it was amazing! Sand in your shorts is now my favorite drink! And that bacon cheese burger with bottomless steak fries is simply an always favorite. 10 out of 10 would eat again. :)
Service was slow. It took 20 mins to get a table even though there was sections available. It then took 45 mins to get our food. No smiles from hostess or waitress. Food was great but service not so much.
Always like to come to Red Robin when in Fort Wayne. Food is always good.
I've visited this establishment quite a few times recently and have not had a bad experience yet, the service was great 2 out of 3 times but the food was outstanding. The one bad experience was our server was too much into himself but great experience every other time.
