The Fiery Ghost Tavern double rocks and the staff is friendly as well!

I'm not entirely sold on Red Robins . But my boys are so we go for special occasion. Service is always Good !
We visited friends in that area yesterday. We waited outside for over an hour at R.R because it was nice outside. There were several tables that sat empty for quite awhile even though there was an hour wait for a table they said. The manager was Very nice though and gave us a free appetizer for our long wait. Everyone's food was great and the service was great once we got seated. We definitely would go back again when we go back to Indiana.
We had a great server but every food item had a temperature problem. By the time they got the food to us it had died in the window. The longest item was my son's mac n chs. The floor was littered. Not just normal mess. The manager came out but I wouldn't have known it had she not told me. We only go once a year because it's my son's favorite.
The server was very good. I think they were short of help both in the restaurant and in the kitchen. There were 8 of us. Five had to send their food back. Had to wait too long for our food to come out. We had a 7 yo with us. Everyone's food came out, except his. Had to wait 5 to 10 mins longer for his food. He ordered fries and mac and cheese.
Waited about 20 mins to get seated, while there were at least 6 open tables, just not cleaned off yet, food was good, service was about a 3.
Have been going for about 7 years and it seem like the quality is going down a bit and wow $4.50 for a freckled lemon is too much. Price need to be adjusted a bit. Hamburger and a drink should not cost $20.
