Horrible experience.......waited 30 minutes to be seated with at least 10 open tables available! Once seated we waited forever for food only to get damn near a raw chicken sandwich! Then once leaving counted 8 tables that needed bussed just on the way out! Britt asked the manager what the deal was and her answer was short staffed! Really.....on a Friday night? Bad business......bad experience!
The waitress was the worst we ever had. Was nice but couldn't bring us anything let alone rarely check on us. Had to get it myself or the bar tender seen us and took care of us. The bar tender was great as usual.
Worst experience ever...!! It started with a dirty table. We waited 5 minutes before anyone spoke to us, which was a manager, who had to take our order. We were finally given a server, who came back 10 minutes later to ask US if the manager had taken our order. 35 minutes later, our food came, and my food was wrong, and had to be REDONE. Had to spend an HOUR there to finally be fed. Gave 1 star, because I HAD to give it...!! RIDICULOUS...!!
O.M.G.!!! The place at HTC is 5 star Rated ~ it never slowed down with customers; word must be out it’s the finest burger joint 👍🏼!
Great bar maid and great food.Thought service was very quick. Sat at bar with wife and son.
