Best hamburger I have had in a while! Hadn't been here for probably a year. Service was good - food was excellent. We will go back!
Food awesome. Service not so good. Never waited so long for our drinks ever anywhere don't think servers like there jobs. Heard many severs apologize to other customers four orders being wrong apologies for the long wait and the greeter took five to ten minutes to tell is to have a seat at the table next to where we were standing first time ever I Red Robin may try again different location
That was one of the worst meals I have ever eaten, and sure won't be going to that Red Robin !!
So about a month ago as we were moving my mom we ordered Red Robin and the order was wrong. We ordered a double burger and only got the single. Found out once we got home so drove all the way back. They gave us the corrected burger and a gift card for next time. So this time we ordered burgers with fries only asked for cheese and bacon on our fries (both orders) and I was informed that it would be an additional $3 (per order). I said that's fine.
