Went to Red Robin Friday night. Waited for 28 minutes before I stopped someone and asked could we please place our drink order. Waiter came to the table and said, "Sorry I didn't know this was my table tonight." Waited 30 more minutes for our food. Order for grandson came out with cheese on it (ordered without) had to scrape it off by hand because we didn't have silverware or napkins on our table. I had never been to Red Robin before and our daughter took us. I had no idea what to get and our server recommended the burger with the pineapple on it and it was the best burger I have ever had and the onion rings and root beer float were also very good.
