A $1.99 "entertainment fee" for my grandson using the Ziosk??? No one bothers to tell you there is a charge for using it. It also defaults to a 20% tip when you check out. Thanks but the $30 I dropped for two cheese burgers, fries and soft drinks was expensive enough.

Excellent customer service! I completely messed up my own order tonight. I ordered my burger and very much spaced the fact that I need a gluten free bun (thankfully my hubby noticed when it got to the table!). I was more than willing to pay for the mistake burger but was given that one for free, even though it was completely my own mistake! Thank you!
