We usually go to the one on Shadeland but decided to go to Hamilton Town Center. I was disappointed in how slow the service was and also wasn’t asked how my food was until we were given our check. The French Onion soup was nothing more than brown overly salted water with non tender onions. That said, the lettuce wedge was a very generous fresh portion.
Never had a problem until tonight. We went in for my birthday. Waited 30 minutes. We wanted the bar counter top. People kept coming in and sitting at the counter top, after we were told we had to wait. I wasn’t happy and said something about it. We eventually left.
We walked in 5 minutes before closing. They politely seated us and said it was no problem at all. Our waitress was very upbeat and treated us first class. Food came fast and was delicious!
After placing our order, it took over an hour for our kids food to arrive, they nearly finished their meal before ours came and it was cold. The manager stopped by about 45 minutes into our wait and suggested they were out of the type of bun for one of the burgers and asked for a substitute, which didn't matter to us, and yet took another 30 mins.
