Finally paid Red Robins a visit today. They sat us at a table that waitress had gone on break and the host didn't know!! After at least 10-15 minutes he came to ask if we had been waited on. No we hadn't. Let me just say they put the wrong burger on the grill so they brought us a basket of fries. I can not believe, I with a group of 33 other people decided to patronize this restaurant and received HORRIBLE customer service. From the time we were seated and during the entire experience. We reserved for a party of 30. The couple next to us decided because we were of the other persuasion and they were there first we were invading there space! Worst service I have ever had in a restaurant. Our server was hopefully new to waitressing, got 2 out of 4 of our orders wrong, brought my root beer float half full, had to ask her to bring me a full one, brought food and had to wait for napkins and utensils. Terrible Service!!!!! Waited 25 minutes not to bad for a Saturday at 1:40. OMG!!! Once we were seated we were surrounded by dirty un-bussed tables the entire time!!! Waiter was pleasant and took our order right away!!! Service is horrible! Waited 15 minutes fpr our drinks and never got offered refills! We waited 40 minutes and still never recieved our food then when we asked about it they said it was no where close to being ready......we then asked for it to go just to wait another 15 minutes for nothing! We just walked out! Worst restaurant ever! Idk how anyone ever eats here
Waited 10 min for a waitress all while the manager, Gabe, kept looking at us!!! Corporate might want to look into this lazy manager! On the plus side, Sarah became our waitress and was outstanding!!!
Just went to Red Robin tonight with my dad and my 4-year-old son. The service was quite poor. It took 30 minutes for the server to bring my dad's coffee. Overall, it took about 45 minutes for our food to arrive (seems too long for a burger and chicken burger). Right after the food came, we asked for additional fries. It took another 10 minutes or so for them to arrive. Then, when my dad paid in cash she informed him, she had no cash to give him change. Seems pretty unlikely. Good food but poor service. Disappointing.

Lucky im even giving them 1 star,this restaurant is horrible, it took our waitress 35 min to even acknowledge us then another half hour to bring our water but she brought her shitty attitude with her to work just on time, I asked to speak to the manager 3 times yet no sign of her.
