Had lunch with my son and grandsons at Red Robin in Merrillville today to celebrate my grandsons birthday. I've been there several times before but this time was awful. Took 2 hours for lunch, waited 15 minutes just for a server to ask if we wanted drinks! It took 20 minutes for our order to come and then they brought us the wrong orders, but we were so hungry by that time we ate it anyway then just had the manager change the bill to reflect what we were served and not what we ordered. Will never go there again.
Great service by our waitress and a variety of meals besides burgers.
Had excellent service on a busy Christmas shopping day. Everyone was smiling and in a good mood. Our burgers were cooked to perfection and my guy was happy to get a extra second serving of fries. The food was hot just like I like and expected. We very much enjoyed our meal. Also the server was so helpful in showing me how to pay right at the table.
Used to LOVE Red Robin! Once again, had problems with using/redeeming items from my Royalty Rewards. And, my fries were lukewarm. When I asked for more, the ones sent out were cold and soggy. Doubt we will be frequenting Red Robin much, especially this location.
Service great, food good only negative is got charged for a beverage that was nasty because it was out of syrup.
I enjoyed the service and the food was good and the waitress i had was just amazing.
Great food and service.� Perfect first date since we had a newborn and there were changing tables in both bathrooms. Endless fries are good. Only one of us ordered fries and shared them even the refill!

The waitress was very kind and was great the food was wonderful and my burger was free due to being in the rewards program
