Worst sevice ever. Never go in a group. Besides overcooked burgers it took 20 minutes to get a beer. Then received with a horrible additude....on top of that servers could not figure out how to separate a check...after 40 minutes of waiting...again worst ever....

I always want to go there and I was not disappointed ,you have got yourselves a repeat customer.
Just left there after waiting 45 minutes for a soup and salad plus kids mac & cheese. There is no way it takes that long to prepare something so basic. Waitress totally avoided us with good reason. I would like to believe it was a fluke, but this happens every time I visit this location. I love red Robin but don't visit the one in Merrillville!
After being seated, the waitress took about 10 minutes to approach us. The food arrived after about a 45 minute wait and was cold. They served me the wrong burger, but was so hungry at that point I didn't care. Friend of mine found a hair in her food as well. Don't recommend.
Terrible service! It took 10 minutes to have someone take our order. Then another 5 to bring drinks. One wrong drink to our table. Appetizer came quick we had to ask for silverware.he brought 2 forks and one dirty knife. And asked if one knife was ok. No!!!!its also a dirty knife. We called for a manager who brought silverware from the dishwasher. We did get an apology and the food was good though.
Horrible service. We had two small Children with us and they kept forgetting to bring us our food and drinks. We Waited 45 minutes to get the appetizer which was only chips and guacamole. Ridiculous
The server forgot to put our appetizers in. Took forever. The place was empty. Manager seemed clueless. I don't want free shit. I want good service and it was horrible. He was to worried about his boyfriend. Won't go back. Shithole
Terrible service. Waited 10 minutes to get drinks. We should have walked out. Will not be going back to that location....
