The food was good but the intoxicated patron at the bar made our dinner miserable. I wish the management had more experience on handling situations like this one or would have simply called the police.
Shout out to Antonio for being so kind to my normally very shy autistic son. My little guy is rarely drawn to people, and he talked about his "new friend" all the way home. Thank you for making dinner such a nice experience for him!! Red Robin, you have a very valuable employee here.
First time there service was good Im picky about my food but it was great I will be back I'm a server for 30yrs I really don't go to to many restaurants but I will be here again
Loved it. The food here is sooo good! The atmosphere is ok. Because of indiana law we had to sit in the family area instead of the bar because my son is only 20 and there was a cranky 2 yr old there. Not my idea of a peaceful dinner.
The customer service was great Daniel if that his name don't remember he was great vet curious and understanding. I prefer my food and daughter I ask for my burger to be well done and my daughters butger was as pink as the crayon. Daniel asked if I would like another burger but after my daughter seeing that she changed her mind. But she enjoyed ur delicious milk shake. I don't know if I'll be back again I only went there cause BW was packed and that's my favorite spot.
Okay food, horrible service. Waitress didnt give any silverware or napkins, when I asked for them she brought me dirty silverware � And the fries were soggy.
We both got burgers and fries! Food was excellent, the server was polite and quick! Will definitely be back we love Red Robin❤️🍔 Also love that there are changing tables in both bathrooms!
