I think that the Red Robin at Mount Juliet is disgustingly high. I can get a sandwich at Hardee's that tastes better and cost less than half. did you tip your wait staff on the total of the bill and you have spent half again more than desired. I will not waste my money here again.
Worst service ever tonight!!! We have been waiting for an hour + for 2 hamburgers!!! Asked twice for a refill on fries for my son and still haven’t gotten them!!! Manager finally came to table and didn’t even seem very apologetic! Worst service I’ve ever encountered at a Red Robin!! I won’t be back to this location!
The quality of the the toppings is fine, the bun is good, the issue is the way in which the burger patty was prepared. Now I am in no way shape or form a picky eater, I like food all of it, but in saying that I like food that is cooked properly. The burger I ordered was the southern charm, again everything other than the patty was fine. The burger was burnt, I mean charred burnt to a crisp!! it turned my stomach to the point where I thought I was going to puke.
