Placed 2GO order. They never got it. Waited almost an hour to have them make my food wrong.

This place has suffered with severe staffing and management issues for nearly a year now. This store is poorly run and it shows. Understaffed and inattentive managers. If you want a burger, go across the street to Burger Republic.
Our favorite place to eat!
Drove over an hour to get there today, even though the last several times the service has been less than par. Waitress didn’t greet with a smile and acted like she hated her job and didn’t want to be there. Food and drinks took forever to arrive. Food was cold. Saw it sitting in the window for 10+ minutes before it was brought to our table. Had to hunt down others to help with refills and silverware. Didn’t get bottomless sides after asking twice for them. the service was horrible. this was the worst experience we have ever had at a Red Robin. we drive 1 hr to go eat frequently and this experience made that drive not worth it!!! we tried to complain to the manager and he was just as bad as the server. all he could say was there is a team coming in to retrain my staff. your staff shouldn't need training on how to be friendly!!!!! also they sat us right next to the kitchen and all we could hear was employees singing loudly it was extremely annoying!!!
The food was so good, a bit pricey though and the service was slow but I would definitely go again.
