We love Red Robins and specifically drove to this one as we passed through on vacation. Food was good but service was very poor.

Impromptu 20th Anniversary meal out with hubby today. Veggie burgers with bottomless fries and broccoli were delicious as always. Great kid's meals. Corey was THE best server (has been there since Jan)... Extremely prompt, attentive and wonderful with the boys while we ate. Enjoyed our unexpected anniversary sundaes too. Highly recommend Corey and the food at Red Robin. FYI...They're working out some growing pains (short staff situation) ...so please consider being patient.
The restaurant was nearly empty. My party of two had to wait 15 minutes to be seated.
I called in a to go order tonight & was transferred to a call center! And, I’m CERTAIN it was out of this COUNTRY. Not cool, Red Robin, not cool. As an American company, if you want to use a call center, could you employee American citizens???
the kitchen didnt care about my husbands onion allergy. And when we sent his burger back they just scraped off the lettuce, avacado and bacon then sent it back with only meat, cheese and salsa (which had onions)...I dont know about y'all but I'm not paying $13 for a hamburger patty and a slice of cheese...plus we would have spent the night in the E. R. so no thanks. We won't be going back.
Raw Burgers!!!!! Ridiculous, won’t be back! Extremely undercooked my burger then brought me a second as bad as the first!!! Waiter was nice but twice is enough
Here we go again!!! Went to Red Robin tonight and was told the wait would be 20 to 30 minutes..weird because the dining room was less than half full. Management, you guys really need to get your stuff together!!!!!!!! Red Robin use to be one of our favorite places to eat. I have celiac disease and it has always been nice to be able to eat a burger like everyone else does. Please please please fix this soon or I am sure you guys will not be here much longer.
