Didn’t know that the restaurant hours weren’t correct on the door or online. � It says that this specific location closes at 10:00pm, but myself and 2 others just walked in at exactly 9:22pm (38 minutes before closing) and were greeted with the cook rolling his eyes at us directly and complaining to the other cook that “3 people just walked in the door”. Thankfully the server decided to tell us that she could serve us drinks, but the kitchen was closing “soon” and so we had to rush our order. Ofcourse being the polite people... read more

Always enjoy eating a Red Robin Burger
Food was good waitress was very nice.
Hamburger was so charred it had a crunch when I bit into it and so thin ..not worth the 13.49 I paid. Same as my husbands. All the toppings were loaded on the burger but the onion crisps were soggy because they were under the burger not over. They even had cheese Over the roll. The onion rings were perfect.
I ordered a burger with no lettuce but got a burger full of shredded lettuce on it once it was delivered. Also ordered and paid for additional side of Yukon chips and smoke and pepper ketchup but never got the items. When I called to complain the lady laughed and told me I would have to come get them. Totally didn’t listen to my issue or show compassion. Not the place to dine or order from!
