Me and 5 family members came here all the way from Monterey. We had never been before. My wife has been looking for a restaurant where the Mac and cheese was actually good and we found it here! We will definitely be back in the near future!
Went last night after catching star wars..it was dead..The server was great but the kitchen was closing and i got food poisoning off a royal robin burger..the bacon was chewy as jerky.. and spent the next 24 hours puking and poopin.....i still aint right..so yeah... thanks for that..
Food was good...milkshake was awesome....took half an hour to get our burgers tho and she forgot to give us any silverware or napkins
I visit this restaurant every week, I've had every burger on the menu and I keep coming back. I've never had a negative experience, although there is the occasional normal restaurant mishap such as food dying in the window. The service is always great, and more than makes up for any issues with speed or wrong food. I'll probably die of old age in this place assuming it's still open.
Tonight, we were seated at a booth full of ants. We had to sit there for 15 minutes before anyone came by who could be alerted of the situation, and then the guy we told just told us "oh yeah that happens sometimes" A health code violation shouldnt be something that just "happens sometimes". If this is ok with your employees what else is? We won't be back.
