Both my wife and myself have been ill overnight after eating at Red Robin in Hamilton Place. Buyer beware. What a great way to start the xmas holiday. well done Red Robin.
The food is always great. The service wasn't. Our server took forever and forgot the limon for my friends water like three times. She asked him all three times and he would come back without it. The wait for the food was worth it though I got the blue ribbon. Great burger. And the clam chowder was very good. So three stars for the food. If the service was better I would give it five stars.

Long wait. Great food. Service was a little slow but people continued to come in. There was no slow down of people. So, kinda explains why they were slow
Save yourself time and money and cook your own burger and rings at home, these people and this place sucks, when u loose all desire at your job then why do it? No onion rings what the hell!

I was very disappointed, I was acnored at the front door so I had to get in someone's face to get my name wrote down so it took 30 minutes to get a table. When I ordered food it took awhile to get to me and when I got it food was cold. I don't know if I will go for awhile. The manager did credit my food but food was not their best.
