When you advertise "endless fries" (or what ever you all are calling it), it helps if a customer gets at least their second order before you give them the check. I felt pushed out and not given what I paid for.
Awful. Won't EVER be going back (not that they care, the service was horrible). Our waiter was very rude to us because we didn't want to do seperate checks? He made so many comments about it that I made a joke and said for every time he mentions it, a dollar will come out of his tip. Very lucky I even left a tip. The food was awful, you barely get any fries at all (but you feel like you can't ask for more because they act bothered to have to do their job). Could rant all day but I won't. Very nice first experience. The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and the rest room was clean.
The best. I'm never disappointed. Services are superb. Just left there and left satisfied. I'm always treated like the queen. Love love love my hometown Red Robin.
The burgers are good but the wait time at the Chattanooga, TN location is always ridiculous!
The first thing that pissed me off is the the 3 hostesses were rude as fuck. You would think coming in you would be greeted, but they were just talking away minding their own business. My mom and I had to walk up to them to tell them were ready to be seated. The waitress was nice but took forever to get our drinks and condiments. My "bacon cheese Burger" had no bacon on it AND it was burned. So she gave me a side of bacon that tasted like crap, But she sure did hurry to give us the check.
Food & drink 5 stars customers Service need work something we like to hear how are you day we take it as hey they care.
