We ate here on a Saturday night, at 6:30. We put our name in with the hostess, who told me it would be a 40 minute wait. I asked how they would let us know our table was ready, as we were not given a "pager" of any kind and it was too crowded to wait inside. The hostess took my cell number and said they would text me when our table was ready. Savannah was out server and she did an Excellent job taking care of us. The food we great. Great environment. She was very polite and helpful. She had an up beat spirit and seemed like she lover her job. Great work and I will be back.
Service and food was great. Had my first Red Robin experience 9 years ago in California, was so excited when Chattanooga restaurant opened!!
We finished eating a wonderful meal that was cheerfully served us by a very attentive waiter. Paid for our meal and went out to our car. Then found it wouldn't start. Exhausting all other options I went into Red Robin's to ask if anyone had jumper cables. The waiter who had taken care of us volunteered to assist us. He then had a problem getting his car to start! But he got another staff member and the two of them assisted me in getting my car running again! Kudos to Red Robin's for having such caring staff!
Yep, it was bad. Very few people in restaurant, food took almost an hour, what did come out was burnt, other items took longer because they actually did burn them (and that was the kid items). Just overall bad. For the price I won't be back unless someone drags me..... which will most likely happen. Uhhhh. FB asked for my review so there it is.
