Food was great. Service was pretty slow though. Took 15 plus minutes for drinks. And they wasn’t that busy for service to be that slow.
Great burgers and even better service. Fries were fresh, the IPA was cold and the Ultimate Margarita was blended to perfection. Red Robin made the stars align today.
Absolutely a wonderful experience all the way around. Highly recommended.
Kendrick was our server and he was awesome! Our food was hot and delicious. I highly recommend Red Robin and ask for Kendrick. You won't be disappointed! :)
Worst service ever. Cold French fries so I ordered hot ones. 15 minutes later the server informed my the kitchen just dropped them. Managers excuse...I was doing paper work. Really? Hire kitchen staff that can drop fries without the manager's help. Pretty much no sincere apology!! Had to go looking for the waitress and she was too busy talking to other employees in the back area.
Good food. No longer give you fries when you get your drink. That was a disappointment. The restaurant always has a nasty odor.
I'd been there before, an it was awesome, went last night 9-20-2017, an, my burger was cold, had asked for xtra cheese, the second burger they brought out had no xtra cheese, the fries were OK.....wasn't worth $30.00, was a Lil dissapointed.....
