The burgers do not look like the menu at all, the patties are really thin and tiny, there is nothing special about the food at all. The milkshake I got wasn't even sweet. There is nothing gourmet about this place, the hamburgers from speedway gas stations are better than these and a fraction of the cost.
Food was great, waitress was great but service was extremely, extremely slow. Manager seated our group twice; 10 minute wait turned into a 25 min wait. Waited for food over 35-40 min. And it’s pricey.
RecommendedAmazing service today! They took care of us and checked in on us the whole time each employee so happy so sweet! Lisa Justin and our server Courtney were so awesome they sent my father who was sick at home a spec 6 US ARMY Vietnam who is in renal failure and has just been told he is not goin to get better a vets meal And we took it to him he was so thankful and loved the cards! Nice menu and atmosphere. Waiter was extremely nice.
Went there Friday night. Seem like out of everything. Wanted blue cheese crump sorry we are out had to pick out a different cheese okay. Get my food onions rings burnt to a crisp asked for new onions rings. Asked finally if they had a mud pie. At 1105 the manager comes out says sorry the kitchen is close no more food. Then proceed to argue with the table about them shutting down. The management sucks here won't be going there again and will be writing corporate office.
I had a cheeseburger and fries. Our waitress was realty bad. My cheeseburger made me so sick. Ordered med rare and it was brown. Really bad experience.
Two out of four orders were wrong, service was less than fair and burgers were dry! This restaurant has went down hill. It was a favorite of ours!
Sorry guys but what a bad experience. The only good point was the nice staff. The order was wrong, the food was horribly substandard in quality and they had tiny portions for kids - my son's side salad looked like a garnish and the side fruit salad was served in a tiny condiment cup. What a waste of money. We had previously visited a location in Maryland and liked it but after this, never again. Horrible.
