The food was great!! I went with friends on a very busy Saturday night but we were still seated in a timely manner. The greeter was not very friendly though, he seemed like he just didn’t care. But our waitress Kayla was awesome!! She was never far away & so friendly with all of her guests!! Great job Kayla!!!
Our waitress Amy was amazing. This was our first time eating at Red Robins and will not be our last.
Red Robin is a favorite of mine! I love the food, the atmosphere, and the service is always great!
I'm not one to complain much but I think it's really crazy that you would NOT seat several families together. Our sons had a baseball tournament this weekend and once it was over we wanted to go out to eat and celebrate a job well done. We asked to be seated together and it was "sorry we can't do that" I have NEVER heard of such a thing! So because we were not sat together, our boys ran back and fourth to each other's tables to hangout. Stale, dry, hard falling apart bun. Poor service as well.
The worst food I have ever had. That includes the meals that have given me food poisoning through the years. Pre-cooked, microwaved, 2 1/2 oz soy patties served cold on stale buns. No flavor, no seasoning, nothing. Couldn't finish any of it, it was so bad. Never again will we do that
