Red Robin is usually right on the money. But today everything fried tasted like old grease. My husband. Usually get 3 refills on the steak fries, but he didn’t even finish his 1st fries. The onion rings weren’t as tasty as usual. This is our 1st visit to a Red Robin in Tennessee since moving here. We always ate at the Red Robin in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Our server though, she was fantastic. So sweet and nice.
Not a good visit at all today!Appetizers came at the same time as our meals. The burgers & fries were cold. One of the worst visits we have had!
food was excellent and being a diabetic it was nice to have a lettuce wrapped burger option. Because of this I will keep coming back
The food was excellent but the server was far from ok. My fiancé is a veteran and we decided to go their for his Veterans Day lunch, as he has never been to a Red Robins. Our waiter didn't even say Happy Veterans Day and he acted as if we were disturbing him when we had to ask for things. We didn't get any napkins and when my fiancé got done with his burger (everybody knows the y'alls burgers are messy and that's the fun in it) he asked for some he acted like it was such a hassle. Our food was served piping hot. The reorder of fries came straight from the fryer to table. Try the Hazelnut Bliss shake. It is an indulgence in chocolate ❤️
