The food was good but the server was not. Which made for a bad experience. She had informed us that she was the only on working the middle dining room, which we understood, but when we have to ask for ranch, fries, refills etc multiple times because they never come I think it's time to tell your manager you need some help and can't handle the whole section yourself. Just my opinion.
Took the kids on an outing. Food was great and so was the service! Our server Kenny was very attentive, letting us know when our food would be coming out, asking us if we wanted refills or more fries. We had a great time!
It was my family's first time ever going to Red Robin and we had the most amazing waiter, he was so nice. The food overall was fantastic! We had filled up on fries before we actually for our actual food. I will definitely be coming back soon!
