went today. our server was not very good, enthusiastic or helpful, and we had a party of 10. every single persons burger was greasy , so greasy that all the buns were soggy. bottomless fries? yes, if you can get the refill. they bring out a plate with maybe 10 fries on it also. almost felt like we had to yell in there for the people on the other side of our table to hear us.
Worst burger and cold fries...should have went to McDonald's
Service was poor and burger came burnt when ordered it medium rare...not a recommended place.
Great service and great food and they were busy....
We were at the location in Liberty, and our server was tremendous. He was working the bar side (his regular position), but was asked to cover a couple tables in the back. Theses areas are clear across the room from one another. From the bar side, he saw that my drink was getting low and he had forgotten that he had already brought me a new one and brought me another. He was very attentive. I will definitely be returning to this location and hope to have the same server.
Worst food and service. Will not be coming back here.
The food it always good and our server was a sweet young gentleman. Very happy for the service we got yesterday! ;)
Good flavorful food, however it was a little pricey.
From the moment we walked in the building everyone was so nice. Scott is superb & I will ask for him each time I come back. Efficient, kind & genuinely had a great spirit. He is the epitome of quality customer service. Keep up the good work!!!
