We had a very good dinner & our server Trevor wars the best.
Food was good but the service could have been better.
My husband wanted to go for his birthday (Oct 14) so we did. Ive never been before and it was very good. We will go be going back.

The service is awful here. They seat people ahead of others on the list. Our waitress never came by to give us a refill on our drinks. The sweet ice tea is awful. Poor service is a reflection on poor management.
We had a suprise proposal at a Red Robin (I know that sounds lame but there is a back story that makes sense) . When I called to explain the situation I just hoped they would be able to accommodate us. I was blown away by the response. Not only were they able to accommodate us but they went above and beyond to make it over the top. Everyone from the manager to the cooks got involved. We could not have asked for more. Thank you a thousand times over to Mark and the rest of the staff for making that night memorable.
