I'm 53 years old,and today was my first time eating at red robin,LOVE IT... I wanting to drive down there every payday now.Food was great .can't wait until nexttime.
Horrible all the way around service is bad food is ok and very pricey plus they are constantly bothering you

Love the food. The Royal is my favorite all time burger. Unfortunately the service is beyond sub par. The wife and I just walked in for lunch at 3:30 and we just stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge we were even there. The staff just continued to sit in a booth and ignore us. Over to 5 guys we go. Guess they will take my money.
Over priced for burgers, especially when a five guys is right there beside them. Ordered the same thing I order at five guys burger with mayo, raw onion and sautéed mushrooms. Will I go back no I will stick to what I know is good for the money.
