Went to Red Robin tonight because I had a coupon for a free tower of onion rings. We were seated under a t.v. that was blaring. They did turn it down, but it got louder again so had to ask again to turn it down. The service seemed unusually slow for 4:30 in the afternoon. We did not get any fries. Went to dinner tonight at Red Robin in Liberty ,Missouri and watched a very disturbing practice by one of the bartenders. He took alcohol from a used bottle and added it to another bottle. Now I was always taught that this was illegal so correct me if im wrong, But if nothing else it is poor business practice. The food was really good. Once we got seated, we waited 45 minutes for the waiter to come back and take our order. I watched him go to people that had just been seated and take their order and some people even got their food right away. I finally had to go up to him when he approached a table that had just been seated, and ask if we could order. He didn't even say sorry. I would have been fine if he would of said sorry. Arrived mid afternoon on Sunday, restaurant not busy, staff indifferent, after initial greeting our server kept disappearing. A manager brought our food, took over an hour to get our food.
Use to love this place. Was very unsatisfied tonight. The hostess was as rude as she could possibly be! Our server was very sweet but either new, undertrained, or over seated .. Of which we didnt hold her at fault and tipped her well because she was trying & so very kind. The endless fries .. Well let's just say we had a tray of 10 fries for 3 people, asked for more which we never got. Daughter waited for ranch for her salad for way too long. My husbands soda was flat!
