My daughter and I went after an appointment...the server was awesome and so was the food!
The waiter sucked, the food was gross and soggy! The only plus is the manger said he know the waiter sucked, and gave us back our gift card. I will go back because I have a gift card, but that is the only reason! I can make a better burger and sides at home! And have a better atmosphere, with people that care!
Was great food but didn't get served any fries in advance which is kinda their thing.
We had to ask twice for silverware and water. Brought our food before they brought them.
I was disappointed. It was a Birthday celebration so I didn’t want to spoil it but 3 of the 5 dinners were cold or cool. I had fish and chips and the fish was barely warm and my fries were cold. Others were similar. Soup was sent back and it took most of the meal to get it back. After a group of 12 and a group of 10 were seated next to us service got really bad. It seems like the burgers are way smaller then they used to be.
When we got the food out to the table the fries were ice cold my sandwich was cold my fiance's rap when I bit into it was rubbery don't think I will be going back
