My husband and I ate here last night and everything was excellent despite how busy it was. I finally tried the Whiskey River BBQ sandwich and I must say it's amazing! The bbq sauce brought everything together tastefully. Our server was very friendly as well
I just had to post something about my lunch experience today. Now Red Robin has always impressed with regards to the food AND the customer service but today was unreal. I had the berzerker burger which was super but the thing that MADE me post today was the service. The servers at Red Robin are always prompt and courteous but today I was using the ketchup and it made the noise it does when it's getting empty. Before I put the ketchup down, a server, who wasn't even our server, had another bottle of ketchup on the table! Way ... read more
