This place has greatly improved! The food has always been good and reasonably priced. The service though has greatly improved the last couple of times we've been here. It used to be the servers would bring your food and you'd never see them again. Our server today, Sondra, must have checked on us half a dozen times!! And she is so fast!! So glad we came!!
I dont know what planet ya'll on the hater rewiews. Everyone here has ALWAYS been sweet and kind.
Will NEVER eat here again! Was told 45 minute wait, then checked back 30 mins later and was told 60mins! Cancelled our parties seating request. As everyone else left to El Beso, I had a drink bill to pay at bar. Witnessed waitress ( has two feathers tattoed behind her left ear) accidentally put whipped cream on a drink, to then scrape off with a random spoon, toss inside a stainless steel mixed trash bin (on bar where waiters get drinks) that had trash, dirty napkins, dirty used straws,etc inside, to then take back out and c... read more
Horrible service. Waited 8 minutes for a table. Got a table, waited 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. The family next to us who just walked in and was seated right away was taken care of before us. They clearly don't know how to keep up when it's busy. Our waiter was not very sympathetic. Very disappointed.
When you first opened, the food was fantastic. My last 3 visits I would have to say was mediocre. We visited at various times, but I just feel like the buns were a bit stale? And the burgers just didn't have a well seasoned flavor to them. The fries are always good, but it just seems the burgers are thrown together and not very flavorful...if I'm going to pay $10, I may as well go to a more craft burger type of place now....
My order has never been correct when we do a pickup. When we eat inside, it's more accurate, although still usually needs to be fixed.
