I love Red Robin. Had the waffle and chicken sandwich. Amazing. Service great. Food was quick BUT there was a family of SCREAMING!!!! children. I was there with my kids who would never behave that way. Really ruined the experience. I mentioned it to our server and he apologized.
Everything was great but the fries and onion rings were cold
I liked my salted caramel shake. My grilled chicken breast was partially chard and barely got onion strings that cost extra. I should've requested a make over.
Normally I have a good experience here. Well not on Oct 31st. The manager was abrasive at best when I had a question about my royalty card. Then my husband and daughter's food came and a burger I didn't order. My husband and daughter were done eating before my "correct" burger was brought out by the manager with no apology. I ordered it plain but it came with all of the fixings including ranch sauce on the top bun and the bottom bun soaked in pickle juice. The food was good. The noise level was way too loud. Our server was too busy. He forgot to get us items. Seemed rushed. The bottomless fries were a joke. They gave you so few- that 2-3 servings equaled one serving. No wi-fi.
Enjoyable experience every time. Love the food. From appetizers to dessert. Everything I've tried has been delicious. Prices are good. Bottomless drinks and sides. Will continue coming back. My only complaint, will all the changes, seating seems to be getting smaller

I've eaten at quite a few Red Robin's, but 3 times now, this one disappointed. When you specifically ask for a runny egg yolk and they bring you over hard, you have to wonder what knucklehead they have cooking
